On October 28, The 17th China Public Security Expo was held in Shenzhen convention and exhibition center. The organizing committee of China international intelligent building exhibition conducted special interviews with many enterprises to discuss the latest development trend of the industry. Mr.Wang Yuanchun, deputy dean of the Internet of things technology research institute of LEELEN, was interviewed.

Reporter: Mr.Wang, thank you for accepting our interview during your busy schedule. First of all, please tell us about the basic situation of your company.

Mr. Wang: XIAMEN LEELEN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD was established in 1992. It has been in the building industry for nearly 30 years, and its comprehensive strength ranks among the best in the industry. There are more than 200 direct sales service outlets nationwide, with 37 branches, 30 million users and a market share of up to 26%. In recent years, with the vigorous development of smart families and smart communities, LEELEN keeps up with the development trend of artificial intelligence, internet of things and 5G technology, continuously increases investment in research and development, expands sales channels, Product transformation and upgrade for the portal, focusing on the community, dedicated to providing users with professional smart home, smart community solutions and comprehensive services.

The first company passed the testing and certification of the Ministry of Public Security, and the products have obvious market competitiveness.

Reporter: What do you think of the development prospects of the security industry? What kind of development plans and strategies will LEELEN make in the next few years?

Mr. Wang: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, cloud computing and 5G technology, the smart community will be iteratively upgraded under the guidance of new technologies and market demand, and become an important part of smart city construction. In the future, the security management attributes of smart communities will be greatly improved. The community Internet of Things and the public security network will gather community data to form public security big data, effectively improve the level of community security, improve management efficiency, and enhance residents' sense of security.

Internet companies continue to infiltrate community properties, use the Internet product model to capture customer demand, increase the stickiness with customers, and promote community business and services. This model allows vendors to transition from a product supplier role to a partner service provider. In the future, the smart community will undergo a series of changes in its promotion, operation and maintenance. Users will gradually change from the traditional purchase of products to the purchase of services.
